3. Renting, Payments, and Responsibilities

Payments are securely processed through the system, and the host is responsible for confirming the receipt of the payment before approving a booking. Once the payment is verified, the property is officially considered booked. Both hosts and renters are expected to maintain transparent communication and abide by the platform’s rules. The platform acts only as an intermediary and is not liable for disputes regarding payments, property conditions, or cancellations between the parties.
